The location was perfect for what I was there for. The atmosphere was warm and very friendly. the breakfast bar was very nice as well. Everything was nice and warm and fresh, there was a good selection to choose from. when I'm back in town that's is where I'm going to stay at for sure.

Stayed here to attend a graduation at LSU. Location is great, close to shopping, restaurants, drug stores, etc. Room was clean, bed was somewhat comfortable. Guys at front desk were friendly and check in was a breeze. I received complimentary tickets for a cocktail next door. It was my intent to use them, but I didn't have time. I got in late and totally felt safe walking from my vehicle to the hotel. I'm pretty sure an off-duty police officer was on duty. I saw a car backed in running with spotlights on the car (pretty certain it was law enforcement. If in the area and need accommodations, I would definitly stay again.

everything was clean everyone of the staff members desk attendant, maintenance, and housekeeping we all very courteous they help with any and everything that was asked of them and more!!

This hotel was the ONLY hotel room we have ever stayed that had a CEILING FAN in the room!!!!! LOVE love loved it!!! Felt like HOME!! More hotel rooms should have ceiling fans!! This sets IHG apart from other just regular hotel rooms. We now look for IHG hotels in the area we will be and see if a ceiling fan is available. ♥️

Breakfast was wonderful and hot , beds super clean and comfortable love the complimentary mini dove soaps by the shower smells so good and the the front desk receptionist name Regan Has Exceptional Customer Service from the time of my booking til the end of my stay . Highly recommend this hotel .

Did not have breakfast. Was going to dine and have a couple drinks in Sports Bar but no one ever appeared to wait on us so we left and went to Walk On’s instead. Don’t know why I was charged an additional $25 for incidentals, that was ridiculous.

Everything!!! It was a beautiful facility! The staff were super friendly, helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. There were bad storms coming in the area and they let us park our motorcycle under the canopy! They had complimentary water and the restaurant / bar was delicious! The cooks took extremely good care of us!

The property was very clean and especially the rooms . Customer Service a 10 , Restaurant food was great try the Burger . Bartender KK. AMAZING, great customer service. Front Desk was welcoming to the patrons.
